So, in the midst of a bad cc crashing problem, I have taken the opportunity to cut down some of my cc. I was wondering if I could delete some of the cc that is installed with lots if I had the same cc in my regular folders.

Okay so I recently deleted all of my downloads, everything. Its all gone. So I went back to my favorite places and started downloading the things I wanted. After I was done, I went to install them with the clean installer. Pre-made sims worked perfectly. But the clothes and objects, I cant get them to install. I recently had to reformat my hard drive, which meant a complete reinstall of the Sims. Fortunately I was able to save my downloads and my neighborhoods, but since starting the game up again none of my Sims can use the phone. I upload sims a lot.  And whenever I do, this file called "RSL-browcombed_puregreenm" ALWAYS shows up when somebody uses Clean Installer under the eyebrows category.  I barely use custom eyebrows since I have default replacements for them.  Plus, out of the custom eyebrows I do have, none of them are green.
